I love pizza! In fact, it's one of my favorite foods. Here are two different recipes for those who love pizza like me. They are really delicious! :)
Ingredients:
For the dough:
2.5 glass of whole-wheat flour
2 table spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
10 g yeast
approx. 1 glass of water
For the base:
~200 g mozzarella (shredded)
3 tomatoes (shredded)
2 teaspoon of tomato sauce
Hot sauce (optional)
thyme, basil
